The following information is general in nature. When you are in an  emotionally abusive situation such as dealing with narcissism,  the ability to get away from it is more difficult. I can help you look at your situation objectively and help build your self esteem and your confidence. You can work on becoming a whole person. We  talk about where you are now, whether you wish to end the relationship or not, whether you can end it or not.  This can be difficult for some people.

 Solutions to Your Problems. If you are now in an abusive situation, and know something is wrong, I can help you understand what is going on and your choices to change your life for the better.  

 If you are coming out of an abusive relationship, I can help you begin to reach your full potential and shed the damage you have felt. It is not easy to be around abusive people. They can tear you apart emotionally, destroy your health and make you crazy.  There is a saying. "Crazy people make sane people crazy."

 If you are reasonably healthy emotionally and just coming out of an abusive situation or merely want to grow and reach your full potential, I will help you,  experience the joys and pleasures of life. I can be there for you and help you . If I can't help you in an area, I will tell you and help you get the information in another way. I will listen to you. 

 A Fulfilling Life – I help you recognize what works best for you. Together we figure out what you want and how to get it. I concentrate on practical applications suited just for you. I will not waste your time. I discover insights from your experiences. I take an everyday experience and turn it into a revelation of understanding and growth. 

 Encouragement – I accept you for who you are and won’t try to mold you into someone else. I encourage you to appreciate yourself. I share your successes. You will have someone who is on your side.  

 Better decisions - I give you honest feedback from an objective point of view. I show you the choices you have. I give you an opportunity to discuss ideas, concerns and difficulties.  I view the situation objectively. I'm interested in your awareness of your actions, that your choices are based on facts, not emotions, Your feelings, however are important. I will help you to act, not react. You will make quality decisions and solve your problems more quickly.  

 Mental Health - I help you remove stumbling blocks and recognize self-defeating behavior. Your personal development will expand. I help you learn how to meet your needs, to be at peace with yourself and with the world. 

 Success - I have wisdom and discernment about what is going on in your life. I am coming from an outside view and can look at everything more clearly than you. I ask questions. I encourage you to take the best steps possible to reach success. I understand where you are and help you develop a plan of action to reach your goals. I give precise and practical steps. I have a simple plan of action. You may only need to be pointed in the right direction to accomplish your goal. I walk with you and encourage you. I expect you to succeed. 



Have a willingness to make a change in your life, to invest a little  time to get your full value in coaching. Not only the coaching time each meeting, but also the small amount of time during the week to do homework if necessary or think about what was discussed.

 Set up regular meetings by phone or Skype or Zoom based on the plan you choose. It helps stay focused and accomplishes more over time. 

 Be willing to listen. This is an investment for you and what you put into it is what you get out of it. Coaching has only the value you believe it has. 

 Start with a general idea of what you want to accomplish within the next 3 months, then, the next year and a final goal for the rest of your life. If you have just a very general idea, I can help you plan the short term goals. 

 Be willing to move out of your comfort zone (how far depends on you), to move forward and work on new habits and ideas that you choose to add to your life.  

 Be willing to follow a plan of action, to be serious about growing and succeeding.
